Refund Policy


Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 15 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. No refunds will be paid in cash.

Refunds are processed on the below cases only.

  1. The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  2. The product is defective.
  3. The product was damaged in shipping.
  4. The product is tampered.

Cancellation Policy

Orders could be canceled up to 48 hrs prior to the delivery date.
For any cancellation of orders, we should receive a call from the number mentioned in the invoice to 02 626 5859 (Abu Dhabi), 04 262 0978 (Dubai), 07 235 1564 (Ras Al Khaimah).

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
